"FREE NADIYA SAVCHENKO" RUSSIANS CAME OUT TO SUPPORT THE UKRAINIAN PRISONER OF PUTIN'S REGIME


Several thousands of Russian activists, who joined today's march in Moscow have unfurled the banner in support of the Ukrainian prisoner of Putin's regime Nadiya Savchenko. This was reported by a number of Russian and Ukrainian media. The pro-Ukrainian action was as part of honouring the memory of Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov.

The march was held under mottos "Free Savchenko","Russia will be free!" and "Freedom to political prisoners," also the activists bore Ukrainian and Russian flags.

Main part of the action was held near the memorial to Pushkin. The march was also attended by Savchenko's lawyer Mark Feygin and her sister Vera. Recall, the Constitutional Court of Russia has prohibited the consideration of Savchenko's case by jury.
